LAS VEGAS (September 24, 2013) – Barrett-Jackson, The World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions™, announced today that it will debut the Barrett-Jackson Select Collection at the company’s Las Vegas auction, September 26-28, 2013 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.
Featuring a boutique offering of sports cars and pre-war classics, these rare vehicles have the potential to individually sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars as they cross the auction block in front of a global audience.

Lot #734 1968 Ferrari 365 GT 2+2 2 Door Coupe
A matching numbers example produced in 1968 in Silver (Argento) with blue interior and blue carpet. Equipped with air conditioning and power steering. Winner of the Preservation Cup at Cavallino in 1992. Highly preserved with only 39,000 original miles and comes with original books and tools. This car is an absolute pleasure to drive and the level of preservation makes it very unique.
Lot #739 1967 Ferrari 330 GTC 2 Door Coupe
Matching numbers and presently finished in silver over red. This 330 GTC shows a very intact engine compartment with proper mechanical equipment. The exterior paint and chrome are in very good overall condition. The interior leather and carpets have just been completely re-upholstered, along with the steering wheel that has also been re-finished. This car is surely one of the most desirable Ferraris of the late 1960s.
Lot #740 1925 Rolls-Royce Phantom I Maharaja Car
Ex-Maharaja of Kotah “Tiger Car.” Chassis No. 23 RC – Engine No. CT 15. Equipped for hunting Bengal tigers and other wild game, this especially opulent and intriguing 1925 Rolls-Royce Torpedo Sports Tourer was originally commissioned by India’s Umed Singh II. Also known as Sahib Bahadur, Umed Singh II was the Maharaja of Kotah from 1889 until his death in 1940.Includes copies of Rolls-Royce Build Sheets, full ownership history from new and all the factory tools. This Phantom I has won many awards at major concours and shows.
Lot #742 1956 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing Coupe
Matching numbers chassis, engine and body per factory records. One owner from 1967 to 2001 with extensive records dating back to 1970. Presented in factory original Silver Grey Metallic paint over blue leather and complete with factory belly pans. A copy of the Mercedes factory build record, the original tools, jack and the original handbooks are all included with the car. Recent mechanical inspection with compression rated at 128, 132.5, 130, 130, 132.5 and 130 in cylinders 1-6 respectively.
Lot #745 2006 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 2 Door Coupe
Only 252 actual miles on the limited production super car. This Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren has an original factory suggested retail price of $465,650 which includes the very special Silver Arrow 300SL red leather interior. At the heart of the SLR McLaren is a 5.4 Liter supercharged V8 assembled by hand at Mercedes-Benz AMG in Germany. Boasting an impressive 617hp with 575lb/ft of torque and top speed of 208mph. The body is made almost exclusively from carbon fiber composites.
Lot #748 2005 Ford GT 2 Door Coupe
58 miles from new. This Ford GT is new as delivered from the factory. Never titled or registered. Plastic is still on the steering wheel and seats. This excellent original example has been stored in a warehouse under climate controlled conditions. It is powered by 5.4 Liter supercharged V8 and comes with all four options: Macintosh sound, lightweight aluminum wheels, red painted brake calipers and painted racing stripes.
