This E-Type is finished in its rare and original color combination of Primrose Yellow with the black interior. Originally from California, this car had a bare metal repaint in 2003 and retained its mostly original interior, which is in exceptional condition. Documentation and receipts go back to 1990, including the original Operating, Maintenance and Service Handbook, receipts for restoration work, and photos throughout the restoration process.

This front engine, rear-wheel drive vehicle features a moncoque body and a tubular front chassis and is equipped with the 4.2 Liter, six-cylinder double-cam engine sporting three SU carburetors producing and impressive 265 horsepower in front of its original full syncro-mesh 4 Speed gearbox. The suspension is independent with disc brakes on all four wheels and all are tight. In 2007, the heads were removed and serviced along with the timing chain and the fuel system. Recent service includes valve cover & oil pan gaskets, brake booster & Master cylinder, clutch flush & bleed, steering shaft lower joint, and various other items to the tune of $5,000 dollars.
