This 1938 Lincoln Zephyr V12 Coupe Street-Rod is one of more than 140 vehicles from the Ron Pratte Collection crossing the block at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction in January.

One of the most famous Street-Rods ever created, this custom all-steel Lincoln Zephyr V12 Street-Rod (Lot #2517) was nationally selected by Goodguys and judged winner of “America’s Most Beautiful Street-Rod” award. Designed and built by America’s top Street-Rod professionals, no expense was spared.

It includes a custom chassis with a TCI air ride suspension, rack & pinion steering and air conditioning. A period-correct but custom built V12 Lincoln engine sits under the hood. A Ford C4 automatic transmission delivers the power downstream while the driver and passengers enjoy imported leather covering a custom interior.

This 1938 Lincoln Zephyr V12 Street-Rod (Lot #2517) will cross the auction block in Scottsdale on Saturday, Jan. 17.

Ron Pratte’s prestigious collection of automobilia will kick off the 44th Annual Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction beginning Saturday, Jan. 10 at 9 a.m. and running through Tuesday, Jan. 13 at 1 p.m. Pratte’s vehicles first cross the block at 4 p.m. on Tuesday with lot numbers 2000 through 2109 and will continue with lot numbers 2500 through 2530 on Saturday, Jan. 17.
